Founded by award-winning Digital & Creative agency.

SourceMore+ was born as a divisional brand of Addicted. Marketing, one of the UK’s fastest growing Digital and Creative agencies.

Addicted. Marketing has an impressive track record of scaling over 250 brands across the UK since its launch in March 2019. During 2021 and 2022, the agency spent much of its time to assist Recruitment Agencies and businesses with large or on-going recruitment projects. They provided non-traditional solutions to source fully-qualified candidates that fit the client’s requirements.

The UK-based agency’s team spent time devising bespoke Digital Marketing strategies tailored to each vacancy, aiming to locate the client’s dream candidates. After achieving remarkable results for their clients, they made the decision to create a dedicated business solely focused on helping other businesses find more of their dream candidates, through the power of Digital Marketing. In January 2023, the ambitious project, SourceMore+, was finally launched.
